Battle Matches

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. If your Pokemon participated in a battle match, list all Pokemons on your and your opponent's team, and near each Pokemon write "O" (if Pokemon didn't faint) or "X" (if Pokemon fainted during a match)!!! E.g., Pikachu "O"; Ratata "X"; Snorlax "X" etc.
2. If any Pokemon holds an item that affects its stats, near each write in ( brackets ) the name of the item held. E.g., Pikachu "O" (Power Weight) etc.
3. During 24 hours after submitting the report, system will calculate XP and EVs gained for each listed Pokemon!!!
